Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Shivi Foods Inc. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal meal preparation.
- Staff Management
- Train kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our kitchen operations.
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including food preparation and service.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a kitchen management role.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and a team player attitude.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
