Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and presentation standards of Pizza Pizza.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to meet the standards of Pizza Pizza.
- Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and scheduling.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and able to maintain a safe working environment.
