Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet food preparation schedules
    • Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to the highest standards
    • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Quality Control and Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations and performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a kitchen management role

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
