Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Shivi Foods Inc. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Develop and implement efficient methods to meet food preparation schedules
- Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and portioned to the highest standards
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Staff Management
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Quality Control and Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen operations and performance
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a kitchen management role
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- 35 hours per week
