Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Calories Hut Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant with company policies.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of administrative duties.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including managing records, preparing reports, and coordinating office services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
