Regional Business Development Manager

Creative Door Services, a leading provider of access solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships across our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth in all branch locations
  • Collaborate with branch leadership to align sales growth objectives with company strategies
  • Build and maintain key relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Partner with the Director of Sales/BD to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required
  • Business degree preferred, with a focus on sales and marketing

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $78,000.00-$117,000.00 per year
