Customer Experience Manager

About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Laura Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual presentation, merchandising, and housekeeping standards are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising plans and in-store events.
- Provide feedback to Store Managers on quality issues, missed opportunities, and inventory mix.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- English language proficiency.
