About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Laura Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  4. Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual presentation, merchandising, and housekeeping standards are met.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising plans and in-store events.
  6. Provide feedback to Store Managers on quality issues, missed opportunities, and inventory mix.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • English language proficiency.
