Job Description

At Laura Canada, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints, driving sales growth, and leading a team of customer-facing representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of customer-facing representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of customer-facing representatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
