Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store visual presentation and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, using Laura Canada's customer service standards to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store visual presentation and merchandising standards.
- Monitor sales floor activity, including customer traffic, sales, and customer engagement, and make adjustments as needed to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, including dressing window mannequins and adhering to visual standards.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager on quality issues, missed opportunities, and inventory mix, and assist in executing directives, such as receiving goods, implementing markdowns, and processing transfers.
- Act as a back-up to the Store Manager and provide support as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Associate or in a leadership role in a retail environment.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and management.
- Ability to create a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- English language proficiency.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
