Customer Experience Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Laura Canada. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and provide coaching and guidance to sales associates to ensure they meet high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store managers to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to sales associates to improve their performance and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
