Senior Employee Experience Business Partner
We're seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our global growth strategy. As a key member of our Employee Experience team, you'll collaborate with leaders and teams to develop and execute people strategies that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic People Advisor
Provide expert guidance to leaders, recommending innovative solutions to meet business needs. Leverage your knowledge of general business concepts and Assent's business objectives to develop people strategies that drive growth.
Business Growth EnablerDevelop stronger partnerships with leaders, using your understanding of Assent's business to inform people strategies and drive business growth.
Organizational DevelopmentSupport leaders in evolving their organizational structure, roles, career paths, and objectives to maximize business plan execution.
HR ExpertiseMake recommendations in all areas of HR to enhance team and Assentee success, based on market trends, industry best practices, business knowledge, and compliance with security controls, company policies, and relevant legislation.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork collaboratively across Employee Experience teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment and selection of top talent, talent development, and impact programs.
Culture and FeedbackSupport a culture of continuous feedback and learning by actively participating in performance feedback programs, Assentee onboarding, training, and development.
Talent DevelopmentProvide HR insights to help create and drive talent development strategic priorities in assigned client groups, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and leader and employee development.
Talent Trends and FeedbackEvaluate talent trends and team member feedback pulse surveys and open dialogue sessions to develop recommendations for improving engagement, productivity, and retention.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders, preferably in a rapidly growing global tech organization.
- Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A CHRP or CHRL certification would be considered an asset.
- Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business to understand challenges.
- Passion for high-quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support.
- Analytically driven with experience working with people and business metrics to guide decisions.
- Creative thinker with a focus on innovation and learning.
