Human Resources Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at ORBCOMM. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies and practices that align with our company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver HR programs and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Support the development of a diverse and inclusive culture that promotes belonging and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience at a business partner level, preferably in a global high-tech environment.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to think conceptually and communicate effectively.
  • Proven track record of driving workforce transformation and optimization.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
