Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless rental experience, and promoting our services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
  • Rental Management: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed, and notify management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Education: High school diploma or above required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Must have at least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience, and at least 1 year of prior sales experience.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid Ontario Class G2 or G driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • Background Check: Must have no drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Residency: Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future, and must live in or be moving to Fort Frances within 30 days.
