Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, ensuring their rental needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Assist customers with their rental needs, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information on rental terms and conditions.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Market the company by promoting our services and products to customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as research and billing support, accounts receivable, and supply maintenance.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure seamless branch operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • Valid Ontario Class G2 or G driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position.
