Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, while supporting their branch and rental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their rental needs, providing information and resolution to their inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of customer transactions.
  • Effectively market the company while interacting with customers, promoting our services and products.
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services to customers.
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment to customers.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or above required; some college preferred.
  • At least 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
  • At least 1 year of prior sales experience.
  • Valid Ontario Class G2 or G driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
