Sales Director

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as Director, Retail Sales at Masco Canada. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing business strategies across our retail channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the formulation and execution of forward-looking strategies to ensure Masco Canada's competitive edge, aligning with evolving market trends and dynamics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customer leaders to identify growth opportunities, resolve issues, and drive long-term business planning.
- Develop and implement detailed customer plans that align brand objectives with account goals to achieve business targets.
- Oversee inventory planning, manage fill-rate performance, and minimize inventory liability through effective forecasting.
- Create and manage budgets that align with business objectives, ensuring projects remain within budget and timelines.
- Establish and communicate clear performance standards, driving accountability and ensuring expectations are met consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- ~8-10 years of sales experience; Bilingual in French/English is an asset.
- ~ Digital fluency with experience in applying customer and consumer insights.
- ~ Strong customer focus with dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and building effective relationships.
