Sales Director

Brandt is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Trailer Sales team in Canada. As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and increasing profitability in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage and support a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the heavy construction and forestry equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of trailers and the trailer market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
