Canadian Business Development Director

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced business development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets. A strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
Responsibilities- Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with entering the new market.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
- A proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
