PSC Group, a leading provider of product handling and site logistics services, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive the company's growth in the Canadian market.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced business development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets. A strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with entering the new market.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
  • A proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
