Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities in the Canadian market. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the Canadian business landscape and a proven track record of success in business development, sales, and relationship management. The successful candidate will leverage their network and expertise to establish PSC Group as a key player in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends in Canada. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the Canadian market.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage prospective clients in Canada. Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Brand Building: Increase brand awareness and market presence in Canada by representing PSC Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business development activities comply with Canadian laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with entering the new market.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the Canadian market.
  • A proven track record of successfully securing new business and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and key industry sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
