Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef Leader to join BC Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine portion sizes and costs for menu items.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain inventory records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the culinary industry.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.

Estimated salary is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
