Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons University. This individual will play a key role in developing and facilitating training programs that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and operations, with excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging training materials and programs
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions for Restaurant Leaders
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine training needs and develop course content
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and analysis
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in training or QSR operations
  • Ability to write and speak French is required
  • Strong facilitation and hands-on training skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
