Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Island Health.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment activities to support hiring managers in finding qualified candidates for open positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings and advertisements.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills and experience.
- Organize and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.
- A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Ability to keyboard 45 wpm.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
