Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Island Health.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities to support hiring managers in finding qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job postings and advertisements.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on their skills and experience.
  • Organize and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Ability to keyboard 45 wpm.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
