We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Naples Pizza. This is a full-time, permanent position.

About the Role

The Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for innovative cuisine, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate costs of supplies and ingredients to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and training programs for kitchen staff.
  • Supervise and lead a team of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to achieve exceptional results.
  • Create original recipes and menus that showcase our brand's unique flavor profile.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation, presentation, and handling procedures.
  • Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities for events and special occasions.
  • Manage inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment

This role will be based in our restaurant setting, where you will be exposed to various kitchen environments, including heat and cold temperatures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
