Job Summary

Taystee Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks, specialist chefs, and other kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, and sales.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all menu items meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French.
Work Environment

Taystee Grill is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. You will be working in a kitchen setting, and must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
