Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team at Advance DPF Centre. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Job Description:

  • Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Key Tasks: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence; oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures; carry out administrative activities of the establishment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 months of experience in administration; permanent employment with flexible hours (30 hours per week)
  • Fluency in English; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail
