Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and prioritize work processes to ensure efficient completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative duties, including managing budgets, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department.
  • Manage contracts and establish policies and procedures.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Permanent position.
  • Working language: English.
  • Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
