About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods
