We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 3056092 Nova Scotia Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Culinary LeadershipLead and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
Inventory ManagementOversee the management of kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and minimize waste.
Food Safety and QualityEnsure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Work ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Personal QualitiesExcellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
