Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Technical Administrator Lead to join our team at StorageVault. As the largest storage company in Canada, we are looking for a professional who can ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered in innovative technology cloud applications, platforms, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage external development teams and development cycles
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Maintain marketing databases
  • Train staff on the effective use of cloud products
  • Work with our marketing team and IT professionals to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities effectively and efficiently
  • Provide technical consulting for APIs, our organization's websites, CRM and CMS platforms and systems
  • Project manage the implementation, including timeline management
  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
  • Support team members and lead user adoption of technical tools in our organization
  • Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven work experience as a Technology Administrator or similar role
  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
  • JS, and React JS
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of cloud-based technology systems, database connections, and APIs
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain marketing databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science is preferred
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects based on priority, and works well under time-sensitive deadlines
  • Bilingualism is an asset
