About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at JK Contracting and Consulting Inc. as a key member of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, conduct tests, and perform security and quality controls.
  • Test Execution: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Certifications and Training: Possess certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and Network+ Certification.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++, Android, Salesforce, HTML, Java, X Windows, SQL, and software development.
  • Work Environment: Work under pressure, with attention to detail, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in software development and team leadership.
  • Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent employment, English language, and 35 hours per week.
