Client Relations Coordinator Job Description

**About the Role**

beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Client Relations Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships with new and existing clients, and ensuring seamless communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
* Manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate communication
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**

* Minimum of two years of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
