Amico Corporation is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Medical Equipment with 9 manufacturing facilities employing over 1100 people across North America.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Amico Patient Care. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quoting and Order Processing: Accurately process client orders, quotes, and invoices in a timely manner, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to support the smooth operation of the team.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Applications and able to learn new software systems quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process client information and maintain accurate records.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma required; secondary education in business or administration is an asset, as is experience with SAP.
