Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Visit active construction sites daily to provide support to customer service staff and ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Monitor outstanding correspondence lists and review with on-site customer service representatives to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Log and produce monthly status reports for all outstanding correspondence, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Attend homeowner inspections with service reps when required, ensuring that all aspects of the construction process meet the highest standards.
- Oversee and manage conciliation requests, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Monitor service technicians' schedules and workmanship, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.
- Arrange and attend customer service meetings, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Inspect homes on the day of occupancy to ensure that product turnover meets the company's high standards.
- Follow up with customers as required, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Tarion Warranty guidelines and the ability to review warranty letters and make assessments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
A competitive compensation package, including a salary of $75,000 plus a company vehicle, based on experience.
