About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses
  • Operations Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
    • Monitor and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement and drive sales
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
    • Set and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service through regular feedback and coaching
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business)
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
