Team & Development

Lead talent and performance management, recruiting, onboarding, upskilling, and developing your team. Complete performance evaluations, succession planning, and retain knowledge sharing.

Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution

Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back-of-house areas. Ensure high-quality visual and commercial product presentation, stock levels, and daily opening and closing routines.
