About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Everything I Want Promos. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Office Procedures: Develop and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized office environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations, ensuring seamless and efficient travel arrangements.
  • Reception: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and secure storage of documents.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
