Administrative Coordinator

At FA Collections Corp., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, and planning and controlling budget and expenditures.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to work under pressure. You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Screening Questions

To be considered for this role, you must be currently legally able to work in Canada and have previous experience in this field of employment. You will be required to work 30 hours per week and must be proficient in English.
