Administrative Coordinator

At Quality Driving & Motorcyle School Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry and train staff
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
* Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
