Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide full benefits, including medical, dental, and paid time off, 100% employer-sponsored. The location of this role is in Vaudreuil, with free parking available on-site.

Job Description

This is a dynamic administrative assistant position supporting the parts department in a fast-paced environment. As an ideal candidate, you will be bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with the purchasing department, transportation, warehouse, and orders to coordinate and prepare documents for shipping, invoicing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and forward orders to suppliers (China and Taiwan) by entering them into the accounting system, following up with suppliers for proforma invoices, and verifying quantities and prices.
  2. Coordinate shipments with the imports department and ensure meticulous follow-up with various suppliers.
  3. Receive POs in the system, follow up on discrepancies, and verify error reports.
  4. Manage online parts stores, follow up with e-commerce departments, and handle return goods authorization/machine repair tracking.
