">The Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Project Lead for Education Division to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our education division and driving business growth.
">Job Summary
">The Strategic Project Lead for Education Division will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high levels of service quality. You will work closely with our Managing Partner and cross-functional teams to develop project plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Provide end-to-end project management services for the Education Division, including project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Lead weekly meetings with the Education Division team to discuss upcoming deliverables and workflow tasks.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and micro-deliverables.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements within the organization.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will require:
">- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the public sector or professional services consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Deltek Vantagepoint.
- PMP designation an asset.

">$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
