Job Description
Job Title: IT Project Delivery Lead
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: In person

In this role, you will lead project teams to successfully deliver IT services and solutions according to business requirements. Your primary focus will be managing projects end-to-end, from initiation through to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to successfully deliver IT services and solutions according to business requirements.
  • Oversight of the full lifecycle delivery of B2B, B2C, and technology solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery framework is consistently applied across all project teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and product owners to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor and manage delivery activities, addressing any risks or issues that arise.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for project deliveries and services.
  • Provide transition support and lead change management efforts during project execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies and how they align with business needs.
  • Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle for delivering technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of service delivery frameworks and service management principles.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning within projects.
  • Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
