Your Mission:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts and prospective clients, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities. Your objective is straightforward: achieve consistent success by delivering tailored, high-value solutions that exceed client expectations and contribute to organizational excellence.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Pursue & Conquer: Consistently exceed revenue and margin targets across our technology and cybersecurity services.
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement winning account and territory strategies to dominate the market.
  • Engage & Deliver: Build high-frequency, meaningful client interactions that strengthen relationships, identify opportunitiesand drive results.
  • Forecast Like a Pro: Provide accurate sales forecasts and deliverables through effective pipeline management.
  • Stay Organized: Keep CRM of record up-to-date with precision and accuracy.
  • Showcase Solutions: Craft and present tailored proposals that address client challenges and showcase iONs value.
  • Lead the Charge: Own strategic responses to RFx opportunities, guiding your team to successful bids and outcomes.
  • Build Alliances: Develop strong partnerships with technology vendors, strategic alliances, and industry influencers.
  • Stay Ahead: Maintain certifications and stay informed on the latest trends in cybersecurity and technology.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven Experience:
    • 10+ years of account management experience.
    • 5+ years in senior account management.
    • 3+ years in cybersecurity or network technology sales (this is non-negotiable).
  • Sales Excellence: A track record of identifying opportunities, closing impactful deals, and exceeding targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at engaging executives and decision-makers across all organizational levels.
  • Lifelong Learner: Committed to staying ahead with certifications and ongoing professional development.
  • Closer Mentality: A proven ability to deliver results through persuasive and impactful communication.
