Proposal Manager

Graham is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our Services division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development and submission of high-quality proposals to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement proposal management processes to ensure timely and compliant submissions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop compelling responses to proposal questions
- Lead internal proposal meetings to communicate responsibilities, proposal schedules, and milestones
- Ensure accurate and value-added responses to proposal requirements
- Proactively maintain proposal content libraries and support the Business Development Team with industry research and competitive analysis
- Completion of a diploma or university bachelor program
- 5-7 years of proposal management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of larger or complex proposal submissions
- Experience with narrative development, proofreading, editing, and formatting
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Proposal Automation Software
