We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Reliability Manager to join our Global Payments and Core Banking Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with a team to continuously improve the stability and reliability of our systems through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and collaborate with a team to improve system stability and reliability
- Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and business partners to enhance system performance
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain system performance dashboards
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of effective tooling, alerts, and automated responses to identify and address reliability risks
- 8+ years of experience in the industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience with creating and maintaining system performance dashboards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of SRE and service management principles
