About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Reliability Manager to join our Global Payments and Core Banking Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the stability and reliability of our systems through Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to improve system stability and reliability
  • Develop and maintain system performance dashboards
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex systems issues
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design and development of effective tooling and automated responses
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or Service Management
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with creating and maintaining system performance dashboards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ITSM tools and SRE principles
