Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality products and efficient service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
