Restaurant Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of food and supplies.
- Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This role is based in a food service establishment, such as a coffee shop or fast food outlet.
