Restaurant Team Lead

At Tim Horton's, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Team Lead to join our team. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and quality food. You will be required to work in a coffee shop or fast food outlet or concession setting.
