Senior UX Engineering Program Manager

About the Role

The Senior UX Engineering Program Manager will lead and manage complex UX Engineering programs and projects from inception to completion. This role requires expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and in creating and maintaining Power BI reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams as the primary point of contact for all UX Engineering related projects and programs.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.
  • Develop, implement and maintain project and program dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful project or program management experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI (or equivalent applications).
  • Proven experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and tracking.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards and metrics for project insights and data visualization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management or Agile certification (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, Professional ScrumMaster, PMP, PMI-ACP or similar).
  • Product development, web, mobile or multi-channel experience.
