UX Engineering Program Manager

Role Summary:

At Thomson Reuters, we're seeking a highly skilled UX Engineering Program Manager to join our dynamic Product Design team. In this role, you'll work closely with design leaders, product management, and engineering partners to drive the successful completion of complex projects for our Tax, Corporates, and Legal professions.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage complex UX Engineering programs and projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams as the primary point of contact for all UX Engineering related projects and programs.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project and program dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders based on trust and transparency.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful project or program management experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI (or equivalent applications).
  • Proven experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and tracking.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and metrics for project insights and data visualization.
  • Demonstrated execution of project management methodology.
  • Command of SDLC in waterfall and Agile projects.
  • Deep understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Solid technical background and experience working with UXE teams.
  • Experience mentoring and providing guidance to team members.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing requests simultaneously and under high pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management or Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Professional ScrumMaster, PMP, PMI-ACP or similar).
  • Product development, web, mobile, or multi-channel experience.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, R, Python).
